The machine that hosts this site is moving to another data centre on Sat 18 Sep my time. I'm arranging for this site to be hosted temporarily on another server in the meantime. From my end there should be zero downtime, since the site will be running on two servers at the same time for a time. From somewhere out on the net, this site might be unreachable at times, because DNS change propagation sometimes takes time. Hopefully any outage won't last too long a time.
Who is your web hosting provider? Who, in your opinion, is offers the "best" (local connectivity/price) shared web hosting?
I meant to add that I'm interested in Singapore hosting.
I'm using IT Works, who used to lease space from Data One in Tampines but have now shifted to Qala in Science Park. I signed up more than a year ago, and haven't checked the hosting scene since, so I don't have an opinion on who is "best".
IT Works is satisfactory given my traffic level. I'm sure you can find better connectivity/price if you dig around.
