AES

Added AES CTR ciphers, conditionalised by HAVE_AES_CTR.

Added raw AES encrypt/decrypt for advanced users.

Haven't written any Python code to test this, contributions welcome. (That's you, Zooko. ;-)

Dunno why, but SVN is not capturing my log messages nor expanding 'Id' although I have "enable-auto-props=yes" and "keywords=Id".
