Password Managers (Open Source, Possibly Portable)

Here is a list of password managers culled from freshmeat.net.

But first, here are my selection criteria, made up as I was browsing the freshmeat search output:

• Not specific to KDE or Gnome.
• Standalone program: not web-based (no PHP), not client-server DBMS-based (no MySQL or PostgreSQL).

I'm looking to use one of these myself. Haven't tried any yet. Nonetheless, TkPasMan is the leading contender, because its dependencies appear to be few.
